Before you enroll
Common questions
Do I need tax-preparation experience?
Tell us your current experience during the consultation. We will discuss your training needs and whether the program fits your starting point. Business setup alone does not establish tax-preparation competence.
Does a package guarantee my PTIN or EFIN approval?
No. We provide application assistance. Eligibility, review, and approval decisions remain with the IRS. We do not promise an approval date.
Can I operate from home or serve clients virtually?
We can discuss a home-based, virtual, or office-based model. Your plan needs to account for applicable requirements, secure client information handling, software, and the way you will serve clients.
Are software, filing fees, and office costs included?
The package describes the services and setup assistance provided. Before you enroll, your written agreement will identify included costs and any separate government fees, software licenses, subscriptions, equipment, or office expenses.
How quickly can I open?
Your timeline depends on your experience, completed documents, training, software readiness, and any required approvals. We will build a practical plan during onboarding; a fixed launch date is not guaranteed.
